Product Description
The Maestro2 combines spectral OCT, true-color fundus photography and OCTA in a single robotic instrument built around single-touch automated capture. Alignment, focus and acquisition are handled by the robotic system, which shortens exam time and reduces operator dependence—useful where imaging is delegated to technical staff of varying experience.
A single acquisition captures both retinal structure and vascular function. The device provides OCT reference data for the optic nerve, RNFL, ganglion cell complex and macular thickness, and pairs it with a true-color fundus image—24-bit color captured with white light—registered pinpoint to the OCT. Fundus photography covers a 45° field (30° equivalent via digital zoom), with color, red-free and IR modes, and works down to a ø4.0mm pupil without the small-pupil diaphragm (ø3.3mm with it).
OCT runs at 50,000 A-scans per second over a scan range of 3–12mm horizontal and 3–9mm vertical, supporting 3D and linear (line/cross) patterns. The 12×9mm wide scan captures macula and optic disc in one pass and generates the Hood Report for glaucoma assessment. With OCTA, angiography is presented at predefined levels relevant to disease, and Angio B color-coding helps discern normal from abnormal blood flow across 6×6mm, 4.5×4.5mm and 3×3mm patterns.
Anterior segment imaging is included, with color and IR photography and anterior segment OCT over a 3–6mm scan range (line/radial patterns), at an operating distance of 62.6mm. A built-in reference database supports interpretation, and the full 360° rotating touchscreen adapts to different room layouts. The compact footprint fits the instrument into standard exam-lane and practice settings without dedicated space. This unit is supplied factory refurbished and backed by a one-year warranty.
